Our STory ~

Edye and Erin’s journey began years ago when their now adult daughters were in Kindergarten.

Years later, in 2016, Edye’s extensive holistic practice of over three decades culminated in the opening of Millennium Day Spa & Salon. This venture flourished further with Erin’s arrival and her 30+ years of marketing expertise, creating a successful partnership.

When the pandemic hit, it became clear that true wellness was more than just relaxation—it was about proactively taking care of our health outside of the traditional medical route.

We had a light bulb moment: What if we combined what we learned in the day spa industry with the latest in wellness science?

Driven by a shared passion to empower our community to become the healthiest, most vibrant version of themselves, The Peak Wellness Spa was born.

Since it’s inception, our focus has remained fixed on seamlessly blending wellness, medical expertise, and advanced aesthetics to offer science-backed treatments and cutting-edge equipment to optimize health, enhance beauty, and elevate the overall well-being of our community.

Papu Narayanappa

Physicians Assistant

With over 20 years of medical and cosmetic dermatology experience, Papu Narayanappa, PA-C brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and a true passion for helping patients look and feel their best.

Originally from Kentucky, Papu began her academic journey at the University of Kentucky, earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then completed her Master’s in Medical Science at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Papu’s career began in Internal Medicine, providing a strong foundation in patient care and complex health management. For the past two decades, she has specialized in Dermatology, offering advanced treatments in both medical and cosmetic skincare including neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, and chemical peels.

Now at The Peak Wellness Spa, Papu is expanding her focus to hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss, blending her deep medical background with a passion for holistic, longevity-centered wellness. Her approach is rooted in science, compassion, and personalized care to help patients restore balance, vitality, and confidence from the inside out.

Outside the clinic, Papu enjoys time with family and friends, staying active through hiking, skiing, exercise or simply unwinding with a good book.

BettyJean Cabe

Registered Nurse

BettyJean Cabe is a dedicated Registered Nurse whose approach blends medical expertise with a compassionate focus on overall wellbeing. She brings seasoned clinical experience and a strong commitment to client comfort to her role at The Peak Wellness Spa.

Before joining The Peak, BettyJean served as Nursing Director at Fusion IV Health and Wellness in Scottsdale. In that role she helped build a culture of trust, quality care, and individualized treatment. She emphasized the importance of patient comfort and prioritized professional, attentive service during every treatment.

BettyJean’s nursing philosophy centers on meeting each person where they are and tailoring care so clients feel supported and informed at every step. She believes that wellness should be approachable and empowering, not intimidating. Her clinical judgment, paired with her thoughtful manner, helps clients feel confident in their wellness choices.

At The Peak Wellness Spa, BettyJean works with a multidisciplinary team to support clients across a range of services. She supports integrative care that considers the whole person, helping clients feel heard and cared for through every therapy.

Outside of nursing, BettyJean enjoys staying connected to the world of health trends, continuing her education, and finding creative ways to make wellness accessible to everyone she meets.

Avary Butler

Licensed Practicle Nurse

Avary Butler is a Licensed Practical Nurse who brings a compassionate, holistic approach to patient care at The Peak Wellness Spa. Originally from Cookeville, Tennessee, she graduated from nursing school in April of 2024 and remains committed to continuing education as she grows in her career.

With a background in geriatrics, Avary developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care and was drawn to wellness-focused medicine that supports the whole person. She is deeply passionate about the nursing profession and values personalized, supportive care.

Outside of work, Avary enjoys reading, skiing, traveling, and baking. She believes balance and intention are essential to long-term health and healing.

Pani Ghadimi

Aesthetician

With 27 years of experience in esthetics, Pani Ghadimi is an expert esthetician dedicated to improving skin health and boosting confidence. Known for her broad skill set and innovative techniques, she stays on top of industry trends through continuous education.

Outside of work, Pani loves to travel, cook, and paint. She’s especially drawn to Sedona, her favorite getaway, and has a soft spot for her two Yorkies.

Pani’s passion for learning and her personalized approach have helped countless clients achieve glowing, healthy skin.

Jill Garbero

Aesthetician

Jill is an Arizona native, born and raised in the valley of the sun.

She has been a licensed aesthetician for 25 years and joined our team in 2013.

Jill is passionate about furthering her education and staying up to date with the latest techniques. She is dedicated to connecting with each patient and helping them achieve their skincare goals.

Outside of the treatment room, Jill enjoys hiking, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Pani performed the helix fusion laser resurfacing on my face and I am thrilled with the results. It was less than a week down time! I had the best experience at The Peak! I bought an EmSculpt package to get rid of my stubborn belly fat. I was a little doubtful about results because I work out consistently and nothing has been working on my stomach area! Well this worked! Jill is fantastic, warm, kind and very knowledgeable! As someone who has always been apprehensive about hair removal, I was pleasantly surprised by the pain-free experience! The staff were incredibly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I also tried Emsculpt to help my muscle definition, and the results were outstanding!
