Tasia is a native to Scottsdale, Arizona and has been working her way up the Nursing ladder since 2005. She started as a nursing assistant in the hospital while working toward her licensed practical nurse license, working in assisted living, before becoming a registered nurse in 2007 which brought her back into the acute care setting. Tasia graduated from Arizona State University with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2015. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care since graduation along with receiving lots of experience in aesthetics and pain management. She is currently finishing her certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine and is excited to continue her journey with The Peak Wellness to help those wanting to optimize their health!
When Tasia is not working at The Peak, she is trying to corral her two little children, two doodles, and husband into their busy life schedules. On the off chance she has uninterrupted, free time, she enjoys crafting and is always searching to learn new skills.

Cristina Chalk Rizk, PA-C, is a 2008 graduate from the Physician Assistant Program at The Medical University of South Carolina. She practiced general medicine in the Low Country of South Carolina until her family relocated to Scottsdale in 2021.
Complications during her first pregnancy and health issues after her second child was born, shifted her desire to work in a traditional clinical practice. She started The Chalk in Me in 2015 as a way to share natural health and wellness options with others in a “Keep it Simply Simple” way.
At The Peak, she has the opportunity to combine her background and experience in general medicine with her passion for medical aesthetics, a root cause approach focusing on natural health/wellness options and patient advocacy through education.
When she’s not working, you’re likely to still find her at The Peak using the same services she recommends to clients, or using them on her husband and 3 kids!

With 27 years of experience in esthetics, Pani Ghadimi is an expert esthetician and laser technician dedicated to improving skin health and boosting confidence. Known for her broad skill set and innovative techniques, she stays on top of industry trends through continuous education.
Outside of work, Pani loves to travel, cook, and paint. She’s especially drawn to Sedona, her favorite getaway, and has a soft spot for her two Yorkies.
Pani’s passion for learning and her personalized approach have helped countless clients achieve glowing, healthy skin.

Outside of the treatment room, Jill enjoys hiking, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.
